This Privacy Policy explains how METRICLINK LABS LLC ("BestMatchly," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use bestmatchly.com and the BestMatchly service. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• First name, email address, ZIP code and category of interest.
• Mobile phone number, if you provide it.
• Your choices on our form, including agreement to our Terms and any text message consent, with the exact consent wording shown and the date and time.
• Messages you send us by email, text or phone.

Device and usage data

When you visit our site we automatically receive the page address, browser type (user agent), IP address, referring page and the pages you view.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work and to understand site usage in aggregate. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or allow third-party ad networks to track you on our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

2. How we use information

• To prepare and send your matches and updates about your request.
• To send text message account notifications about your request, only if you opted in to them.
• To keep records of your consent and honor opt-out requests.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To operate, secure and improve our site and service, and to comply with law.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

3. Mobile information

Mobile information: we do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

4. Service providers

We use trusted vendors who process information only on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Hosting and database providers that run our website and store form submissions.
• Messaging vendors — SMS and email delivery providers and aggregators that transmit our messages.
• Analytics, including our hosting platform's built-in, aggregate site analytics.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, subject to this policy.

5. Retention

We keep your information while your request or subscription is active and as needed to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, including proof of consent and opt-out records. We then delete or de-identify it.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access to stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
• Email: click "unsubscribe" in any email.
• Access, correction or deletion: email contact@bestmatchly.com.

8. California and other state privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. BestMatchly does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by these laws. See Do Not Sell or Share My Info. 9. Children

BestMatchly is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
