1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bestmatchly.com and the BestMatchly service, operated by METRICLINK LABS LLC ("BestMatchly," "we," "us," "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use BestMatchly.

3. Description of the service

BestMatchly is a free consumer recommendation service. You tell us a few things — such as a category, your ZIP code and what matters to you — and we send you personalized recommendations and deal alerts by email and, if you opt in, account notifications about your request by text message. Categories include home & auto insurance, home internet, home services, online security and personal finance. BestMatchly is not an insurer, internet provider, lender or financial adviser, and our recommendations are not professional advice.

4. Free service and advertiser compensation

BestMatchly is free to use. We may earn a commission when you visit or sign up with a provider through our links. See our Advertiser Disclosure. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with providers for their marketing.

5. Text messaging program

If you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (account notifications about your request) from BestMatchly at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide only a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use, and to tell us if that number changes.

6. User conduct

• Provide accurate information and only your own information.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to submit information about someone else.
• Do not interfere with, scrape or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

7. Third-party websites

Our recommendations link to providers' own websites. We do not control those sites or their offers, prices, terms or privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Any agreement you make with a provider is solely between you and that provider. Offers can change without notice.

8. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any offer will be available to you or will save you money.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestMatchly and METRICLINK LABS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestMatchly, METRICLINK LABS LLC and their officers and employees from any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
